When relocating, you probably won't have the time to look at every house for sale. At best, you might get visit a couple dozen, so narrow down the list first thing with this advice:

• Before coming into town, arrange your needs into one list. Then list the things you simply want in another. When a home comes up short on your must-haves, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Have a set price range. This could be based on loan pre-approval or a safe estimate of what you'll net from the sale of your current home.
• How long of a commute are you willing to make each day to work and other interests? Traffic in the Fall River area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so let me know your limits regarding drive-time, and I'll locate homes accordingly.

I can send you my best recommendations prior to your arrival. Or you could already have some strong possibilities you could share with me culled from your own research. While virtual tours and photos are great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route.
