In August the National Home Builders Association and Wells Fargo issued a press release regarding home affordability and the fact that it is still near all-time highs, meaning than because of all-time low interest rates and falling home prices homeownership has never been more affordable to more people than now! Yet, this information has largely been drowned out in the media because of the foreclosure crisis. You know how it is in news: "if it bleeds, it leads" and the housing market is not just bleeding, it hemorrhaging!

There's no doubt, if you are caught up in the foreclosure crisis it's hard to see the opportunity, but if you are a first-time buyer, or an investor there may never be a better time. There is always opportunity in crisis if you know where to look.

Maybe you're thinking that you'll never qualify, maybe you're thinking homeowner just isn't in your future. But maybe it is! The Neighborhood Stabilization Program just release funds for NSP3, so funding could be available to assist you with your purchase or rehab. Plus there are state and local programs as well. So, now's the time to make that move you've been thinking about! Now's the time to get yourself back on track! To line up the tools and the team necessary for you to make the best purchase decision of your life!

Take advantage of our FREE No-Obligation 30 Minute HomeBuyer Consultation. We review the entire home buying process, the difference between a pre-qual and pre-approval, strategies for negotiating with homeowners, distressed homeowners and bank REO's and much more!

I know there is a tendency to set this aside and think about it later, but everyday you spend "thinking it over" someone else is getting the deal of a lifetime. So call me direct at 774.930.4595 or email me at chris@ezhomesearch.net and we'll get you started on the path to homeownership! Talk to you soon!
