Big News! HUD is making changes to their USDA Rural Housing Program. It'll still be ZERO down and No PMI however they have reduced the area communities that qualify.  It looks like the only towns that DO qualify for the program in our area of Southeastern MA are: Mattapoisett, Dighton, Marion, Rochester, Freetown, Berkley, and Seekonk.
